18th spring of Viré-Clessé
On this occasion, the 17th and 18th of april, Antoine ROMERO and his team received the participants for the second event organized by the Phoenix Wine Club this year.
Lunch at the château before departure.
A « train » to the cellars, through the vineyards between the villages of Viré and Clessé, a chance to admire these wonderfull landscapes.
A stop at one the 30 cellars open to tasting.
A few explanations in the wineyard, where everything starts…
…Folloed by an olfactive initiation with the aromas cellars.
Then, in the château cellar, just before diner, presentation of the climats de Bourgogne, demonstrated by the tasting of three 1er cru from côte d’or .
