ANNIVERSARY TASTING IN TOKYO
Phoenix Wine Club will celebrate its first anniversary with a wine-tasting at Phoenix House in Tokyo on 7 April. The Club is honoured by the early response to invitations from members and personalities. A feature of the evening will be the launching of the new web-site for both Asia and Europe. Club members will also be able to participate as from this year in small personalized group tours to Burgundy, staying at the Chateau de Saint Germain in Burgundy-Bresse.
Several of the wines kept by the Club in Tokyo in the climatized cellars of IMPEX, particulary those from POMMARD, VOLNAY and MEURSAULT, are now hard to find in Europe. Because of their increasing rarity, these wines may quickly increase in price. However, to celebrate this first anniversay and the launching of the new website, the Club has decided to make these wines available to Club members at 2014 prices for a short time. Club Members are advised to buy these wines at 2014 prices on-line, via the new web-site, before the prices are increased.
The first Anniversary tasting at Phoenix House is by invitation only. New tasting events in Tokyo will be announced in the near future.
