Restored and decorated in true French style, the Château of Saint-Germain is dedicated to welcoming and accommodating Phoenix Wine Club members. It is primarily a friendly place to get together and share ideas.

The Château can provide many facilities for your stay: dining areas – where we can organise a buffet tailored to your own wishes, with tasting of rare wines and regional specialities; guest rooms – with individual character and style – designed to welcome you in comfort and conviviality; the pool area with its gym and patios for summer barbecues; the tennis court and the gardens shaded by 200-year-old trees for your relaxation. Everything at the Château is designed to make you feel at home, in Burgundy.

Also, the LE PHOENIX *Restaurant, opposite the Château, is pleased to offer you a range of typical local dishes.

Château personnel – Both French and Japanese – are on hand to ensure you experience the local wines, culture and tours, to the full:

– Antoine Romero, Managing Director

– Yoko Sato, Export Assitant

– Masato Yamashita , Correspondant for Japan

– Marie Adeline Wagner, Housekeeper

– Pierre and Annick Melier, Karine Biard, Michaël Bonnot and Alexis Andre, staff members

*Open every day for lunch and Saturday evenings, Le Phoenix is a family restaurant greatly appreciated by local people – across the road from the Château on the place du Marché : Patrice and Marie Claude Boivin,
